At 8:30 this evening Dad peaceable passed away. Born in Philadelphia, married to his childhood sweetheart, an army corp medic in WWII, a chemical engineer graduate from Drexel University, a father to 5, grandfather to 9, great-grandfather to 3. Learned he had Stage 4 colon cancer August, 2005 and fought it with surgery, and chemo while continuing to live and enjoy his life.

May 7, 1919 to September 7, 2007
