I actually walked my dog -- last night.

I'm with you on that big secret.  I started Weight Watchers in January and have lost 17 pounds (half-attempting to work the program) and have exercised MUCH more than I have in the past three years combined.   I love Richard Simmons tapes and now that it's warming up and I can walk on black top instead of ice, we've been taking the neglected dog for walks.

We can be virtual health buddies, how's that!  Good luck.</description>
