That's MK's reaction too, but thrown in there are lots of "I love you" and we both contribute all those little real-world work stories of people losing their job for not doing what they were supposed to do, when they were supposed to do it. Better to learn this now then when he's 25 or 43, kwim. Let me know if you do implement this although from reading your blog I would say Thomas is sure focusing quite well right now. :-) LOL!
