Garage building continues
These are photos from Saturday, when the garage building activity continued — the cupola DH designed and built is placed on the ramp:

I’m in the driver’s seat, and with all my might I step on the gas pedal and with a little help from the truck’s engine I pull the cupola up and up:

It was such hard work to pull it into place but SK is there to help guide it:

It is there! The guys spent the rest of the day putting shingles in place, and the sides on.

When the sun comes out again I’ll take another photo. There are two ways to tell that winter is coming to Delaware. One is that it rains what seems like every-other-day and the other are the large flocks of birds. Often times we feel like we are right in a scene of The Birds when our lawn is black with flocks of red-wing blackbirds or starlings. Here though are just a few Canada Geese flying into our area:
